What you will do

• Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of project and program managers.
• Define and implement project management competency models and performance standards.
• Develop and execute a holistic change management and communications roadmap across global transformation workstreams.
• Establish strong working relationships with global functional and regional leads to ensure operational alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks while facilitating collaboration across concurrent transformation initiatives.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve processes, drive efficiency, and enhance quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating at a Director level in a consulting or management consulting organization focused on transformation.
• Expert-level skills in change management, including strategy development, audience identification, and adoption tracking.
• Proven ability to plot complex program courses, anticipate risks, and shift between strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into simple solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to manage tough conversations and conflicting priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
