What you will do

• Independently manage highly complex, high-risk international projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional distributed teams, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Design and develop original improvements to project processes and organizational solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the improvement of PMO practices.
• Act as Product Owner, Release Manager, or Scrum Master when necessary.

Requirements

• English: minimum B2 level for fluent spoken and written communication.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies confirmed by certificates (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in independently managing projects with large teams and multiple vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of IT architecture, security, system integration, and cloud solutions.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools supporting project management.

Nice to have

• Higher education in management-related fields; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
