What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic new market entry programs for executive leadership.
• Translate market-entry scope into actionable delivery plans with clear outcomes and critical-path activities.
• Drive progress across Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees and launch-readiness reviews.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies impacting launch timelines.
• Lead change management and collaborator alignment across global teams to support operational adoption.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• 7+ years of experience managing medium to large, complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and manage up to executive levels.
• Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in enterprise tooling including Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification.
• Prior experience in market expansion, product launch, or regulatory/licensing programs.
• Experience in product-led, technology, or digital organizations.
