What you will do

• Support intern and new graduate recruiting across regions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate candidate communications.
• Plan and support career fairs, recruiting events, and follow-up activities.
• Track, analyze, and report on early-career recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify future talent needs.
• Maintain candidate records, coordinate interviews, and support recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Comfort engaging with candidates, hiring leaders, universities, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to track metrics, generate reports, and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
