What you will do

• Engage with the free user base to identify and convert opportunities for paid accounts.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality pipeline growth.
• Represent the brand to customers during their initial research and evaluation journey.
• Schedule appointments and product demos for new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Serve as a product specialist, providing deep insights into platform capabilities and services.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office in a hybrid capacity.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales or a strong passion for a sales career.
• Proven track record of consistently hitting performance targets.
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive, curious, and empathetic approach to selling.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
