What you will do

• Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to deepen the partnership with hirify.global.
• Monitor account health and conduct quarterly strategy reviews to improve client experience.
• Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Lead client onboarding and establish standard operating procedures for new opportunities.
• Analyze client metrics and collaborate with Global Operations to resolve escalations efficiently.
• Drive product adoption and regularly refine client success criteria.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Flemish is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record of cross-selling products.
• Structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Antwerpen, Belgium.
