What you will do

• Review and approve new sales opportunities while providing support to the Sales team.
• Reconcile orders, contracts, and payments to ensure accuracy.
• Process software returns, sales adjustments, and hardware shipments.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and subscriptions.
• Monitor reports to boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.
• Ensure all sales transactions meet financial and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative function.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-related field.
• Proficiency in Mac OS X, iOS, and G Suite.
• Perfect written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid).
