What you will do

• Develop localized marketing strategies for LATAM markets, accounting for regional education structures and exam systems.
• Adapt global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts to ensure regional relevance.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns using CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and platforms like Meta and WhatsApp.
• Analyze and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with global CRM, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to build scalable best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C specifically within Latin America.
• Strong expertise in multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics.
• Proven experience in developing localized positioning and value propositions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive initiatives using limited data sets.
