Marketing Specialist - LATAM (AI)

Location: Remote in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Peru

What you will do

• Develop localized marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets.
• Research local exam systems, education structures, and the needs of students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, including regional channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using available data.
• Manage projects end to end and collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Product, and other global teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C environments across Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Analytical mindset and ability to design impactful initiatives with limited data.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Portuguese language skills.
