What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financing workstreams, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Translate infrastructure requirements into investable frameworks for external counterparties.
• Build and maintain rigorous financial models for transaction structuring and capital allocation.
• Develop internal processes for evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Partner with compute, treasury, legal, and leadership teams to align terms with company priorities.
• Represent the company in negotiations with external financing partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York City.
• 8-10+ years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, private credit, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of leading complex financing transactions to close.
• Strong financial modeling, structuring, credit analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and influence diverse stakeholders.
