Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on business plans, long-range planning, strategic alternatives, and corporate development initiatives.
• Build financial models, unit economics, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Lead new-venture workstreams covering market sizing, competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, pricing, and operating model design.
• Prepare board and management materials and answer ad hoc analytical questions.
• Evaluate M&A, strategic partnership, and investment opportunities connected to the new-venture pipeline.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to measure venture performance after launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, or a high-growth startup operating role.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills, including the ability to build a model from a blank sheet.
• Strong initiative, independent judgment, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency with AI tools and interest in applying them to finance and strategy work.
• Comfort operating under ambiguity, shifting priorities, and pressure while solving zero-to-one problems.
