What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and public-facing legal documentation to support growth and risk management.
• Structure contractual frameworks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions for identified legal risks.
• Support the design and launch of new travel products, booking flows, payment solutions, and commercial models.
• Advise on customer-facing features, including booking flows, cancellation and refund mechanics, from a regulatory perspective.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions and assess their impact on the business.
• Manage external counsel across various jurisdictions and lead the implementation of regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contracting and structuring contractual frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of regulations applicable to online travel businesses, including consumer protection, e-commerce, and payment regulation.
• Expertise in advising on payment flows, merchant models, and PSP integrations.
• Must be based in Europe, USA, or UK.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to design compliant business and payment flows.
