Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dublin, Ireland; 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Act as a senior legal advisor for hirify.global Ireland across product, commercial, regulatory, and marketing teams.
• Advise on product propositions, customer journeys, T&Cs, and pricing initiatives from concept to launch.
• Provide expertise on consumer law, telecoms regulation, media regulation, and competition law.
• Draft and review consumer and commercial contracts, supplier arrangements, and internal policies.
• Manage engagement with government and regulators including ComReg, CCPC, ASA, BEREC, and the European Commission.
• Identify legal risks, provide practical mitigations, and manage external counsel budgets.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Ireland or equivalent jurisdiction with strong Irish legal and regulatory experience.
• Significant post-qualification experience suitable for a Senior Legal Counsel role.
• Proven experience advising on consumer, regulatory, or competition matters in fast-paced business environments.
• Strong academic background with experience in private practice or leading in-house teams.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex workloads autonomously.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills to explain legal risks to non-legal colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, pay TV, digital services, media, technology, or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish and EU consumer law applied to advertising and supply of services.
• Experience with public consultations, regulator engagement, and investigations.
