What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execute against pipeline growth targets.
• Build and manage a full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data.
• Execute hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR in partnership with U.S. teams.
• Localize content, sales materials, and web pages for the LATAM market, including Portuguese for Brazil.
• Partner with the local SaaS sales team to develop and implement go-to-market execution plans.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to sharpen the regional strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM with deep knowledge of local buyer behavior.
• Proven experience in full-funnel demand generation and data-driven performance tracking.
• Hands-on proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, PR, and content localization.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with North American teams.
• Native or fluent Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and design tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Claude for content and strategy support.
• Working knowledge of Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
