What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execute against pipeline targets.
• Manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data.
• Execute across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR in partnership with U.S. teams.
• Localize content, sales materials, and web pages from English to Portuguese.
• Partner with the local SaaS Sales team to build and implement the go-to-market plan.
• Provide competitive intelligence on local buyer behavior to sharpen the GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in Brazil.
• Proven full-funnel demand generation experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR.
• Fluent English required for daily collaboration with North American teams.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and Spanish communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Ads.
