Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, and G2.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Integrate and manage CRM systems like HubSpot with marketing and sales workflows.
- Improve brand presence and visibility on platforms like G2 and Capterra.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal sales teams to enhance website and ad performance.
- Report insights and provide strategic recommendations to the marketing and sales departments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Performance Marketer in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing campaigns via Google Ads.
- Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with Claude and Supermetrics.
