What you will do

• Own and drive critical cross-functional projects from ideation to business hand-off.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead project status updates directly with the CEO and Chief Medical Officer.
• Identify root causes of complex business challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
• Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) without formal authority.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and competing priorities.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in operational, cross-functional, or strategy-type roles.
• Proven history of high achievement under difficult constraints (resource, time, money).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
