Project Manager - HNAS (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define program strategy and organize cross-functional roadmaps covering related projects and activities.
• Assemble project teams and lead Project Managers and program members in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans.
• Work with executive sponsors, business owners, and management to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor and report on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and present project status throughout the program lifecycle.
• Apply and improve project management methods, lifecycle practices, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or project leadership.
• Knowledge of the health care insurance industry and its business and operational processes.
• Experience with an industry-standard software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Experience with risk mitigation planning, team building, and customer relationship management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent training.
