Senior Project Manager, Medical Imaging

Location: Remote in California, United States

Annual base salary: $96,000–$138,000

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of medium- to high-complexity medical imaging studies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, clients, imaging centers, and global partners across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, quality reviews, risks, change control, dependencies, and escalations.
• Oversee study status, image processing, result reporting, query management, data reconciliation, and data quality monitoring.
• Own study budgets, revenue recognition accuracy, forecasts, financial risks, and variance mitigation.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical imaging and/or clinical development within the life sciences industry.
• Experience leading medium- to high-complexity, client-facing studies or programs.
• Experience communicating complex project status, risks, financials, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, health science, technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent English and strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project-related systems.

• Experience mentoring and leading Associate Project Managers or Project Managers.
