Network Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, TX, or New York, NY; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own provider network implementations and roll-outs from contract execution through go-live across all service lines.
• Lead internal and client-facing handoffs, build project plans, and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Verify contract and specialist records, qualification criteria, payment setup, and launch deliverables.
• Support qualification for 30 days and monitor claims submission and payment accuracy for up to 90 days after launch.
• Coordinate client customization needs across Clinical, Claims, Analytics, Member Experience, and Provider Success teams.
• Maintain implementation SOPs, process flows, templates, quality assurance practices, and launch-success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across multiple departments in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
• Ability to work from Dallas or New York on a hybrid schedule with 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with provider groups, practice administrators, or clinical operations teams.
• Familiarity with provider credentialing, qualifications, or network enrollment workflows.
• Experience with provider-facing platforms, portals, EMRs, or similar go-live environments.
• Prior management or influence experience with colleagues or associates.
