Project Manager, Solve Studio

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Convert approved creative briefs into detailed project plans, timelines, and workback schedules.
• Coordinate kickoffs, creative reviews, feedback, approvals, dependencies, and next steps.
• Manage milestones, tasks, project health, risks, competing priorities, and delivery status.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and maintain accountability from intake through final delivery and archival handoff.
• Maintain Workfront assignments, timelines, task updates, and status visibility.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into project workflows and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in creative services, marketing operations, or agency environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, with familiarity with creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
