Finance Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL / Remote / Hybrid / Detroit, MI. Hybrid workplace; applicants must be US citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

Salary: $74,741.33–$96,096 per year

What you will do

• Oversee financial and procurement processing workflows for a large federal agency initiative.
• Perform and supervise financial and procurement services.
• Manage and support a small team of financial analysts.
• Coordinate frequently with government case managers and Department of Justice agency staff.
• Ensure procedures are followed and maintain quality and on-time delivery.
• Train staff to enter and update data in proprietary databases.

Requirements

• At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical support activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of finance systems, including SAS, and familiarity with office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet-based databases, and server-based applications.
• Strong written, oral communication, management, and organizational skills.
• US citizenship, an undergraduate degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance are required.
