What you will do

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaign structure, targeting, and performance.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive pipeline.
• Manage paid media budgets and optimize utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDFs).
• Oversee relationships with paid media agencies and freelance specialists.
• Track and report on performance metrics to align growth initiatives with revenue goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Eastern Europe.
• 5–7 years of experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigning.
• Experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising economics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
• Proven track record of managing agency relationships and external partners.
