Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 OTE (US) / €125,000 - €145,000 (Ireland)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across search (Google, Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X), and emerging channels like CTV.
• Optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion path improvements to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Growth, ABM, and Web Marketing to translate business objectives into high-performing paid strategies.
• Partner with Regional Field Marketing to support pipeline goals across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage paid media reporting, performance analysis, and budget planning in coordination with RevOps and Finance.
• Lead agency partners while maintaining full accountability for campaign performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing significant paid media budgets and coordinating with external agencies.
• Must be located in US Eastern/Central time zones or Dublin, Ireland.
