What you will do

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to increase MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Create strategic marketing plans and lead nurture programs to accelerate prospect progression through the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategies and buyer personas into campaigns across email, paid media, and social.
  • Own MQL processes and lead management using Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Analyze key metrics such as lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI to deliver actionable performance insights.
  • Manage external agencies and coordinate with the Events team for a global calendar of trade shows and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in French and English (French: native or full professional proficiency) is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth and lead generation results.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaign management and Pardot automation workflows.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and paid media programs.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, global organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing SaaS, technology, regulatory, or digital solutions.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or product portfolios.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
