What you will do

• Maintain shipping system configurations, including carrier setups and routing logic.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare actionable reports and dashboards.
• Manage invoice control activities, including validation and discrepancy resolution.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external carriers to ensure operational alignment.
• Support logistics-related projects and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping operations and carrier networks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paterna, Spain, as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with shipping management platforms like Centiro or Shipup.
• Background in freight auditing or logistics-related financial processes.
• Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
