What you will do

• Partner with account teams as the primary technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify and address customer business and governance challenges.
• Own the technical scope of proof-of-value engagements, pilots, and adoption workshops.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to enterprise stakeholders, ranging from platform walkthroughs to deep dives.
• Translate complex AI and platform architecture concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in technical delivery, solutions consulting, or forward-deployed customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, agent patterns, and data platform architectures.
• Working knowledge of enterprise data and cloud platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proven ability to communicate technical value to both practitioners and business leaders.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 15–30% for customer onsite visits.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear delivery roadmaps.

• Prior exposure to data or AI governance concepts and frameworks.
• Experience in target verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Hospitality.
