What you will do

• Lead onboarding and enablement workshops on the platform.
• Support customer activation and repeat usage after go-live.
• Conduct user tests and gather structured customer feedback.
• Translate feedback into clear feature requests and improvement actions.
• Define and track KPIs for activation, usage, and customer performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Tech teams.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with large rollouts, implementations, or customer enablement.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles within fast-moving environments.
• Languages: English and Swedish are required.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm.

• Background in business, operations, or engineering.
• Experience with marketplace platforms or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working closely with Product and Tech teams.
