Junior Business Development Manager (Market Research)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Salary: SEK 430k–440k per annum, plus performance-based commission.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Nordic market.
• Present hirify.global products and services to potential clients and demonstrate their value.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored client solutions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of client-facing B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in new business development or sales.
• Strong understanding of brands’ needs within market research.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Confidence working with numbers and interpreting data, with strong attention to detail.
