What you will do

• Post and allocate incoming customer payments and manage invoice corrections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate accounting discrepancies.
• Resolve open items and payment allocation issues with internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reconciliations and reports for the finance team.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
