Financial Accountant (ERP/HGB)

Quantum Frontline Industries is a German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between hirify.global and Frontline Robotics, manufacturing Ukrainian drones at industrial scale in Europe.

What you will do

• Manage ongoing financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
• Perform account assignment, reconciliations, payment runs, and clarification of open items.
• Prepare and execute monthly closings, including provisions and accruals.
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with HGB together with the external tax advisor.
• Prepare VAT returns and other tax filings while supporting liquidity planning, reporting, and internal analyses.
• Develop accounting processes within the ERP system and coordinate with management, tax advisors, auditors, banks, purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, such as tax clerk or industrial clerk training, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of financial accounting experience, ideally as a Senior Financial Accountant, Sole Accountant, or Balance Sheet Accountant.
• Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), monthly closings, and VAT-related accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of purchasing, warehouse, production, and goods receipt processes.
• Very good German and English skills required. Structured, accurate, independent, and reliable working style.
