What you will do

  • Issue and manage customer invoices and credit notes across various ERP systems.
  • Execute collection runs, payment batches, and dunning processes to minimize overdue balances.
  • Reconcile incoming payments against open AR balances and resolve transaction discrepancies.
  • Manage accounting workflows for multiple international subsidiaries in multi-currency environments.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing cycles by generating AR reports and aging schedules.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the accounting environment.

Requirements

  • Commercial education or professional experience in accounting, preferably within an MNC or Shared Services environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, international billing, and credit management.
  • Practical experience handling diverse payment methods (SEPA, Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay).
  • Proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of additional European languages.
  • Proactive interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, n8n).
