Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid requirement of 1-2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Drive outbound pipeline through high-quality prospecting across multiple regions and industries.
• Engage prospects and customers via phone and email to create and convert conversations.
• Maintain a high-volume, high-quality outreach cadence across your assigned territory.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Go-To-Market BDR strategy.
• Communicate product capabilities compellingly to a range of audiences and verticals.
• Work collaboratively with Account Executives to identify and advance pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch is required.
• Must be based in Dublin and comfortable with an in-office presence once or twice per week.
• Proven capacity for high-volume outreach (450+ calls per week).
• Background in a customer-facing, commercial, or outreach-oriented environment.
• Passion for launching a career in sales and a genuine desire to develop in a commercial environment.
• Curious, coachable, and a collaborative team player.
