What you will do

• Lead the Commercial Business Development team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Develop and implement strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure strategy alignment and continuous improvement.
• Recruit top talent in partnership with the People team.
• Provide coaching and support to team members to maximize their potential.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development with a proven track record of over-achievement.
• Demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and a strong aptitude for learning new sales technologies.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with direct reports, leadership, and colleagues.
