What you will do
- Lead the Commercial Business Development team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Develop and implement strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure strategy alignment and continuous improvement.
- Recruit top talent in partnership with the People team.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to maximize their potential.
- Foster a culture of best practice sharing and high performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development with a proven track record of over-achievement.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a strong aptitude for learning new sales technologies.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with direct reports, leadership, and colleagues.
