Location: Darmstadt, Germany (Hybrid - up to 50% home working)

What you will do
- Develop and optimize Retail Media campaigns across the DACH region, specifically for dm and Rossmann.
- Manage two TikTok Shops, handling product listings, commercial initiatives, and overarching coordination.
- Develop and enhance the TikTok Shop affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and GMV growth.
- Monitor performance and report KPIs to derive actionable optimization measures.
- Collaborate with retail partners, external agencies, and internal Marketing and E-Commerce teams.
- Establish best practices and playbooks to support operational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing, focusing on Retail Media and paid social (TikTok, Meta).
- Expertise in building and interpreting KPI frameworks and managing external agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with DAM/PIM systems.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in or able to work in Darmstadt, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in affiliate marketing with scalable creator networks.
- Familiarity with influencer and creator tools such as Traackr.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Openness to using AI tools and new technologies.
