What you will do

• Scale social commerce programs to turn creator influence into measurable commercial results.
• Identify and activate high-potential creators as affiliate and performance partners.
• Manage affiliate platforms including Amazon Associates, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Impact.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Ecommerce, and Social teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Track key performance metrics including clicks, conversions, and revenue to build reporting dashboards.
• Translate creator insights and social trends into actionable recommendations for retail teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with creator commerce tools and performance-based marketing programs.
• Analytical mindset to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Media, and Ecommerce teams.
• Must be located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany
