What you will do

• Lead the DACH marketing strategy and plan, balancing business and consumer-facing initiatives.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate Snap’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with global brand, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure culturally relevant messaging.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Insights teams to deliver on overarching business goals.
• Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs to inform future brand positioning.
• Represent Snap Marketing in internal forums and contribute to key market decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hamburg, Germany
• Onsite attendance required 4+ days per week
• Proven experience in marketing roles, particularly within the DACH region.
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate brand stories and value propositions.
