What you will do

• Supervise warehouse staff (up to 30 employees) and oversee daily shipping, receiving, and storage
• Manage and report on productivity and performance metrics using KPIs
• Coordinate supplier shipments and ensure proper material storage and receipt accuracy
• Oversee efficient shipping of finished goods to support OTIF performance
• Maintain ERP transactions and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
• Implement and maintain Kanban, Supermarket inventory systems, and 5S standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Background working within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas
