What you will do
- Oversee the effective operation of warehouse and material management processes.
- Ensure continuous material supply to production and optimize material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
- Support and improve processes within SAP MM and WM systems.
- Implement improvements aligned with Lean Manufacturing, quality, and EHS standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM modules.
- Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and working with KPIs.
- English and Polish: Good command required for effective communication in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
