What you will do

• Oversee the effective operation of warehouse and material management processes.
• Ensure continuous material supply to production and optimize material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
• Support and improve processes within SAP MM and WM systems.
• Implement improvements aligned with Lean Manufacturing, quality, and EHS standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM modules.
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and working with KPIs.
• English and Polish: Good command required for effective communication in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
