What you will do

  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of training records for all personnel to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor crew qualifications and expiry dates to maintain operational readiness.
  • Identify and report training-related non-compliances and implement corrective measures.
  • Manage administrative updates including AOC changes and crew status modifications.
  • Coordinate the preparation and re-issuance of licenses and attestations.
  • Deliver onboarding and process training for new colleagues across all AOCs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in training management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Budapest.

Nice to have

  • Experience in database systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant aviation laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience as a regulator or licensing officer.
