What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to small business clients to review satisfaction and solution usage.
• Educate clients on best practices to improve employee benefit adoption and feature activation.
• Identify and pitch commercial upsell opportunities aligned with client growth and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client status and opportunity stages within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to share market insights and product feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, telesales, or retention roles.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
