What you will do

• Serve as the first line of support for ClassPass fitness and wellness partners, resolving operational questions and issues through email and support channels.
• Maintain accurate partner information, listings, and class schedules across internal systems.
• Support Account Managers with reports, partner-needs analysis, and outreach campaigns.
• Assist with onboarding and activation of new partners on the platform.
• Monitor partner performance, flag concerns and opportunities, and deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic partner service.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or operational roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written English and German.
