IFRS Manager (Gaming)

Location: Remote from Ukraine, with Kyiv or Lviv listed as locations

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the IFRS Accounting Team, including four direct reports.
• Set and maintain IFRS accounting policies, charts of accounts, posting guides, and control procedures.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS closing processes across all Group entities.
• Manage accounting, tax, transfer-pricing, and audit service providers across several jurisdictions.
• Lead standalone and consolidated financial statement preparation, audits, statutory submissions, and audit issue resolution.
• Improve and automate accounting processes while ensuring compliance with reporting, CIT, and transfer-pricing requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IFRS reporting and consolidation within international groups or a Big Four firm.
• Experience coordinating consolidated and standalone audits across several jurisdictions.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
• ACCA, DipIFR, or an equivalent professional qualification, plus higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; candidates should be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Xero or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
