Accounting Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Enter and maintain transactions, invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and customer and supplier records in Xero and QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank and accounting transactions, review entries, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, maintain receivables trackers, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with clients about invoice and payment questions and escalate problematic accounts to the Finance Manager.
• Maintain finance forms, spreadsheets, and files while assisting with month-end accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance requests.
• Follow accounting procedures and internal controls, protect confidential information, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, and client communication.
• Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, time management, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English.
