Financial Reporting Manager

What you will do

• Manage financial, tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting across Group entities and branches.
• Review the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems.
• Oversee VAT and equivalent sales tax returns, Intrastat reporting, EC sales lists, and tax payments.
• Lead statutory accounts preparation, external audits, tax adviser relationships, and transfer pricing journals.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, FX policy, treasury controls, and working capital improvements.
• Manage internal controls, organizational simplification initiatives, and the Financial Accountants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience and 3+ years in a senior finance manager role.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong financial accounting and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with tax and VAT reporting, financial reporting requirements in multiple countries, and external audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, plus experience with an ERP system; NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet statutory deadlines.
