Regional Controller (Gaming)

Location: Los Angeles, California; hybrid with onsite work at the facility at least three days per week.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary annually for a U.S.-based role.

What you will do

• Own the US general ledger and maintain complete, accurate, audit-ready financial records.
• Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including timelines, issue resolution, and financial statement review.
• Oversee accounts payable, weekly payment cycles, semi-monthly payroll, commissions, reimbursements, and expenses.
• Manage inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, bank and credit card reconciliations, and transaction flows.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and tax requirements while supporting a strong controls environment.
• Monitor cash flow and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including oversight or review of other team members' work.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and end-to-end close processes.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Experience with inventory accounting.
• Experience in media, gaming, or other fast-paced environments.
