What you will do

• Own the US general ledger and maintain accurate, complete financial records.
• Manage end-to-end month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and perform bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Oversee semi-monthly payroll, commissions, reimbursements, and expense activity.
• Manage inventory accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain a strong controls environment for audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including oversight or review of workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA

• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment.
