What you will do

• Monitor daily yield, test times, and key process indicators for backend manufacturing.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
• Develop and maintain test process documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
• Utilize Python, C, C++, or SQL to automate testing and perform data crunching.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to optimize recipes and reduce failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments.
• Proficiency in data querying and troubleshooting.

Nice to have
