Senior Solution Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Participate in account strategy planning and qualify sales opportunities with the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities, including value propositions, RFX responses, contextualized demos, and proofs of value.
• Discover customer processes and design solutions for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public-cloud hirify.global implementations.
• Address technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture concerns during the sales process.
• Build solutions for multiple industry verticals and support knowledge sharing, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Product teams on functionality improvements, external technology integrations, and product release feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture role.
• Strong combination of technical, business, sales, communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of business process orchestration and a solution-selling mindset.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Willingness to travel and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
