Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end presales activities and create compelling value propositions.
• Design secure solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud implementations.
• Perform high-level demos that showcase business value to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to qualify opportunities and plan account strategies.
• Resolve technical concerns regarding security, architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Support marketing initiatives and provide feedback to product teams on roadmaps.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German required.
• Proven track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect role.
• Strong understanding of process discovery, mining, orchestration, and AI technologies like LLMs.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and sales skills effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.

• SAP knowledge.
• Prior experience with the hirify.global platform.
