What you will do
- Lead AI consulting engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring a clear path to production-ready solutions with measurable ROI.
- Identify and scope AI and Data Science opportunities, translating business problems into actionable roadmaps and PoCs.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and business stakeholders.
- Present AI capabilities and thought leadership in Generative AI and agentic systems at conferences and workshops.
- Develop AI professional services offerings and contribute to go-to-market strategies and pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and delivering large-scale AI systems, including Generative AI, ML frameworks, and MLOps.
- Deep knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-agent system design.
- Experience in AI business development, scoping opportunities, and leading PoCs.
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and technical teams.
- English and German language proficiency for collaboration within multicultural teams.
