What you will do

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine project scope and feasibility.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage project budgets.
• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Supervise laborers and contractors while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Perform field inspections and provide weekly status updates to the operations team.
• Coordinate with community management to minimize impact on building operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing multiple sites.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and local code requirements.
• Must be available to work on-site in Riyadh with 40-50% travel for supervision.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, or SketchUp.
