What you will do

• Lead the delivery of metro and urban rail projects from feasibility through to the tender stage.
• Provide strategic technical oversight across multidisciplinary design teams including civil, structural, systems, and architecture.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure overall performance.
• Coordinate design delivery between internal teams, international design centers, and external subconsultants.
• Oversee the preparation and review of feasibility studies, concept designs, and tender packages.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, government authorities, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in metro, rail, or major urban transit infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in feasibility studies, concept design, preliminary design, and tender documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design management and coordinating out-of-country design centers.
• Ability to lead large, complex transportation infrastructure projects and manage diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Project experience within the Middle East.
• Professional registration or chartership.
